Watch your syllables
Five, then seven, again five
Some are different
What are they about?
Many describe nature scenes
fish, wind, flowers, land
Sometimes they do not
Emotions are written of
and other topics
Why write a haiku?
Use few words to express much
capture a moment
I suck at haikus
We have started them in class
